Someone told me they couldn’t get past page 9 without sobbing.

While reading, "That's Bug's Daughter," her dad called. What followed was a hard but freeing conversation that brought him to tears and closer to her and her siblings.

We wept on the phone together.🫂
Because that’s exactly why I wrote this book.
Not for attention.
Not for applause.
Not for numbers.
Not even for the optics.

I wanted people to experience the healing that has kept me this far. I wanted to liberate families to have honest conversations. For families finding their way back to each other.

That’s it. That’s the reason. That's my "why."🙌🏾🙏🏽✨

Much gratitude to Spirit! We did a thing, twice, concurrently! Both degrees were intentional and have a purpose for shaping the next phases of my life and the work I am doing!

Don't let ANYONE tell you that degrees are worthless. If you know what you're aiming at, you recognize the power and value of the knowledge you've chosen to wrestle with.

Show up where it fuels your purpose and your true identity.

The world has enough followers and bandwagon passengers. We need leaders and servant leaders!

I give this gift to myself because its made my life easier. I don't wonder what I'm going to eat anymore. I don't question if clothes will fit nicely on me anymore. And I'm not afraid of a physical challenge.

I'm stronger...wiser...and faster.

So much can happen in 90days. You can have a completely different lifestyle...A dramatically different bank account...and, progress/results that you are proud of.

The only person standing in your way...is you!

Even God waits...(selah)

I know its easier to point to everything and everybody else. But, its YOU. You're the one that's in charge. So make your next move your best move!💪🏽

People are like flowers, fruits and vegetables growing in a garden. Our similarities are nuanced and vary.

We express beauty and self-worth differently. Nonetheless, it is important that we express those nuances. That expression is essential to our own flourishing, and the thriving of the entire garden.
