Destination Arts has something for grown-ups, too! 🧘‍♀️💗

Join us for adult yoga on Tuesdays from 9:15–10:15 a.m. in Oak Ridge. It’s a slower-paced, supportive class, and beginners are welcome. Your first class is free, so come give yourself an hour to breathe, move and reset. ✨

Message us if you’d like to try it! And BIG thanks to Victoria with The Wellness Wreath for coming to check us out!
