I am highly influenced by fairytales such as Alice in Wonderland, The Wizard of Oz, The Lady of Shallot- anything that is ethereal, whimsical, and promotes dreaming as a form of distorted reality. I use photography as a door, or a Rabbit Hole, to allow me passageway to a completely unmapped world and to design my dreams and my future. This was the basis is creating my photographic style. Though I have opened up to the "professional portrait" side of photography I still try to instill a bit of whimsy and romanticism.
