“Die Verwandlung” - Triptych

Been a minute since I’ve last posted anything and even longer since I last painted. I didn’t realize JUST how grounding painting was until yesterday. I was very stressed and went for a walk, and remembered a TikTok where a person would collect found objects to fill their sketchbook (will credit later when I find them). I decided to do the same and this was the result.

Since I was last active, I’ve moved to my own place, started a new position, lost two relatives, and have been struggling to figure out my next move and my overall role in life. I transmuted that energy into these works.

Orders are not being accepted at this time as I am still not fully settled. I will update on when things resume. In the meantime, I now have prints available for purchase on my website if you are interested!

Really love this one! Every time I look at it I just feel ✨POWERFUL✨It reminds me to shrug off anything that takes me away from my path and keep on walking forward. I almost don’t want to sell it, but I think she should bless someone’s home with her energy 😌

Artist Speech: This one is very interesting. I did a combination of three different ring pours in multiple spots on the canvas. I get a lot of feelings from this one - it’s a combination of breaking from limitations, drifting between highs and lows, toxic energy masked as pure intentions, and accepting our whole selves including the faults within ourselves.

Update from Creator: I’ve been in a creative + business block for a solid minute now and felt really directionless about my goals because my life is undergoing major transformations. This is the first real piece that’s given me some creative peace. I’m working on balancing work with art and running a business has been very difficult and overwhelming. Please be patient with me, as I’m still getting a feel for how often I should post, when, and how to be more involved, etc.
Things are looking up though :)
