Good morning, sweet friends! It's been a while since I've posted last. I'm trying to get better about posting regularly again.

You might have noticed that I've joined a collection of artists under the title of (Instagram) Pushin’ Fire LLC (Facebook). We've been working together on several projects for different clients.

This particular piece is part of our Kitchen From Around the World project. In addition to the kitchen cabinets, we also collaborated on a table top mosaic.

For my portion, I felt like it was only appropriate to depict a grace prayer. My family always starts meals by thanking God for His grace and provisions, so it only made sense to me to have that right on the dinner table.

I also embellished the border with some beautiful flowers. You know how much I love flowers. 🥰

I hope you all have a wonderful week ahead! Thank you again for all the love and support along the way!

This project was hand drawn and hand burned with my SS-D10, like always.

Good morning! Happy Monday! I hope the weekend treated you kindly and that you're recharged and ready for an amazing week ahead!

I thought I'd start my week out by revealing this triumphant piece. This piece presented quite a challenge from only receiving blurry photos to work from. That's the beauty in having an artist create magic from thin air. When you put your trust in us and let us run with it, truly special things can happen.

This is by far my favorite pet portrait project to date. I think that I did a great job in capturing their personalities, but also in the composition of the design.

I've been really slacking on posting my pieces lately, and I will try to get better. I have several more completed pieces that I'm excited to share with you all. I'm also working on a new series. It's all good stuff on the horizon! I hope you all will continue to journey with me!

I hope you all have a wonderful Monday and the following week! Love you guys!

Happy New Year! I can't believe we're starting 2025!

It only seemed appropriate to reveal this beautiful leather calendar. I made this as a Christmas present for my lovely sister in love!

This piece was a new challenge for me as I couldn't figure out how to pre draw my design onto the leather beforehand. So, I just free handed all of the flowers. I think all of my previous pieces with flowers really helped prepare me to just jump in the deep end.

I truly enjoyed making this calendar and will certainly be working with leather in the future! I can't wait to share my other projects!

I hope you're all well, and as always, thank you so much for your support and love!

Good morning, my sweet friends! I hope this weekend treated you well and that you're ready to take on this week! Life is good over here, busy, but good.

Today, I'm thrilled to be sharing with you my latest creation! These coasters were a gift to my wonderful sister in love, who had a birthday back in October but is so gracious and patient to just be receiving these!

She is also so supportive and encouraging that I'm never afraid to try my latest ideas out on her pieces. She always seems to get the firsts of every new concept I experiment with. We should all be so lucky to have people in our lives like that. I'm so blessed that I'm surrounded by them on all sides. Love you all, thank you!

So, when Jacob gifted me a tool for my birthday, I knew I had to break it out in a big way! I definitely learned a lot during the creation of these beauties, and you can guarantee that there is more to come!

The holidays are coming up fast, so if you're hoping to get a custom piece made, get your orders in now. I'm booking up quickly!

As always, this piece was fully hand drawn and hand burned using my SS-D10.

The image of gazing at the moon through the intricate lattice of barren tree branches evokes a profound sense of beauty and contemplation. This metaphor serves as a powerful reminder of how we can find light and inspiration even in the midst of starkness and hardship.

The barren branches, stripped of their leaves, symbolize vulnerability and loss. Yet, when you look through them, the moon appears luminous and whole. This reminds us that beauty often coexists with imperfection. Life can feel bare and desolate at times, but within that space, we can find moments of clarity and inspiration. Recognizing this duality encourages us to appreciate the light that shines through our struggles.

The way we perceive our circumstances can greatly influence our emotional state. The branches might obscure the moon’s light, but they also frame it beautifully, creating a unique view. This emphasizes the importance of perspective; by shifting our focus, we can find hope and possibility even when faced with obstacles. Looking beyond immediate challenges allows us to see the broader picture and find silver linings.

Barren branches are a testament to resilience. They may appear lifeless, yet they are enduring through the harshness of winter, waiting for the return of Spring. This resilience is mirrored in our lives. Just as trees go through cycles of growth and dormancy, we, too experience periods of challenge and renewal. Acknowledging this cycle can empower us to endure our own Winters, trusting that brighter days are ahead.

In essence, looking at the moon through barren tree branches is a powerful metaphor for navigating life’s complexities. It teaches us to find beauty and perspective in our struggles, embrace resilience, and cultivate hope. As we learn to see the light through the branches, we become more adept at navigating our own journeys.

In the garden of life, each of us is like a unique flower, meant to blossom in our own time and way. The concept of “just bloom" is about embracing your individuality, nurturing your passions, and allowing yourself to grow without the pressure of comparison or societal expectations.

Just as flowers have their seasons, we go through different phases in life. Sometimes, it’s a time for deep roots and preparation; other times, it’s about bursting forth in vibrant color. Recognizing where you are in your journey allows you to honor your current state—be it a period of quiet growth or an explosive outpouring of creativity.

Blooming doesn’t mean being perfect; it means being authentic. Each petal, each quirk, adds to your beauty. Learning to accept and celebrate your imperfections can free you from the need for validation and let your true self shine.

In a world that often highlights competition, it’s crucial to remember that each flower has its unique beauty. Focusing on your own growth rather than measuring yourself against others allows you to appreciate your journey and cultivate gratitude for where you are.

Blooming takes time. It’s easy to feel discouraged when progress seems slow, but each step forward is part of your unfolding journey. Patience is essential; trust that your efforts will bear fruit in their own time.

Every bloom starts as a bud. Acknowledging and celebrating small victories along the way fuels motivation and reinforces your sense of purpose. Each step, no matter how minor it seems, contributes to your overall growth.

Blooming is not a one-time event; it’s a lifelong process. Embrace the idea of continuous growth, learning, and adaptation. Just as flowers change with the seasons, so too can you evolve and redefine your path as you gain new insights and experiences.

In essence, to "just bloom" in life is to honor your journey, cultivate your uniqueness, and trust in the process of growth. Embrace the beauty of your individual path, and watch as you flourish into the person you were always meant to be.

I've always been drawn to aquatic animals. I find them fascinating and gorgeous! The way their scales shimmer in the water, how fast they can swim, all of it! I just love them! I find them alluring and mysterious. Above all, I'm enamored with how freely they glide through the water.

Barracudas are sleek, predatory fish known for their speed, sharp teeth, and fierce hunting abilities. Found in tropical and subtropical oceans worldwide, they can grow up to six feet long and are easily recognized by their elongated bodies, pointed heads, and silver scales. Barracudas are formidable hunters, using their powerful jaws and razor-sharp teeth to capture prey with lightning-fast strikes. They often hunt alone, relying on their agility and stealth to ambush smaller fish. While they have a fearsome reputation, barracudas are generally not dangerous to humans unless provoked. In their youth, barracudas hunt in packs.

I've been wanting to make this piece for quite some time, and getting it out into the world has been so freeing! I'm so excited to announce that it's available for purchase through my website:
