Serving 400 people looks easy when the bar is stocked, the drinks are cold, and the line keeps moving.

But behind the scenes? There’s a whole lot of planning that happens before the first drink is poured.

For U of M Spring Jam, that meant shopping, stocking, coolers, ice, backup ice, setup, staffing, and making sure every detail was ready before students arrived.

That’s the work we love taking off your plate.

Four years ago this was just a trailer, a lot of work, and a hope that maybe we could turn it into something really special.

These photos bring us right back to the build. The messy middle, the progress, the family effort, and even Milo keeping an eye on things. This April marks 4 years of The Minnesocial, and somehow we’ve now served 50+ events.

But behind it is a family.

The Minnesocial was built by Abbi and Adam with one goal in mind: helping hosts actually enjoy their own event.

Abbi is the planner and detail person making sure everything feels thoughtful and seamless. Adam is the one hauling, setting up, and making sure the bar looks great and runs smoothly all night.

And like any good family operation, everyone pitches in when it’s party time.
