It's the last weekend of August! And September officially opens the door to Apple Season, so we are at the doorstep 🍏 Our earliest apples have already arrived, in fact, in the form of hard-to-find heirloom Gravensteins, which have a sweet-tart flavor. We also have crab apples, and sweet white peaches picked fresh.

At the snack bar, you'll find fresh-made apple crisp, apple burritos, and hand-made meat pies featuring chicken and steak. You can grab a snack to enjoy in the picnic park, where the shade and cooler mountain air can provide some relief from the heatwave we've had over the last week 🧺

Whether it's your first visit or 100th, don't forget to check out what's new at the Oak Glen Art Gallery upstairs, where you can take home a piece of art made by Oak Glen's own artists Fariad and Jennifer. From full-size canvas originals to postcards and mugs, there's art for everyone in their studio above the barn 🖼️

Across the way you'll find delectable sit-down meal choices at The Haus Bistro, and afterwards saunter down the patio to check out gifts and toys at Granny's Attic, and fine home decor at Etc.

We're looking at highs in the low eighties today, high seventies tomorrow, so even the weather is taking a cooperative turn toward autumn this weekend 🍂

The ranch and shops are open 10am-5pm Saturday and Sunday, with Haus Bistro open 11:30am-7pm Saturday and 11:30am-6pm Sunday. We hope everyone has a great weekend!
