Training to take your conditioning to the next level? Power Hour is a class that works through timed intervals of HYROX-stimulated movements, combining cardio and strength-based exercises, making this a challenging full-body workout.

This class is a great fit for anyone training for a marathon, triathlon, HYROX race, or simply looking to improve overall fitness.

Power Hour meets every Saturday morning from 7:15 - 8:15 a.m.

Prepare your little one for their next big step! Tuesdays, June 16 - July 21, at the Renaud Center, we have the perfect summer program to help your little one grow, learn, and thrive.

Our Intro to Preschool will focus on fostering social-emotional growth, building foundational skills, and igniting a love for learning through play-based activities.

Kindergarten Prep is designed to build confidence and readiness for kindergarten through structured activities, purposeful play, and skill-building in a fun, supportive environment.

Let's get ready to stroll!

This June, we invite you to join us for our next Community Stroll at Dames Park. Every Wednesday morning from June 3rd - June 24th, older adults and their friends can enjoy light movement around the paved 1/4 mile path.

Following each walk, light refreshments such as donuts or bagels will be provided for attendees to enjoy. It's a great way to connect with friends while staying active and enjoying one of our great parks!

Scott has always been active throughout his life, but never had a specific goal he wanted to achieve in his fitness journey. About 10 years ago, Scott was facing some major life changes and decided he was no longer happy with his lifestyle. He hired a coach to help him focus on his workout goals and diet program, which helped him lose 40lbs in 6 months. He has been on track ever since that day, stating that being active and working out helped him become a better family man.

These hour-long sessions combine cardio, toning, balance and strength for a total-body workout.

Full Body Fusion meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning at 8:00 a.m., Tuesday and Thursdays at 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays at 8:25 a.m.
