Our next sampling opportunity is on August 8th at the Avon Corn Fest. We have friends who put the honey brew Nunda mustard on their corn on the cob. Let us know if you try it and like it.

Today we celebrate turning 30. The Nunda mustard recipe is much older made with pinches of this and that. An anticipated holiday gift from a loving aunt. In 1996 we started as a single picnic jar which has now turned into a production line.

If New York Chips were to come out with a new cobranded potato chip, what are some local to New York flavors you would like to see?

We currently have, Dinosaur BBQ, Flower City Salt and Vinegar, Bully Hill Sour cream and Onion, Craig's Creamery Cheddar cheese, Spiedie Sauce chips, Weber's Mustard, and Anchor Bar buffalo wing.
