Our goal is to help our students find that courage and determination. A Step Ahead Dance Center is committed to providing quality

dance education to students ages three to adult in a positive, nurturing environment. Each student is challenged to improve technique, strength and flexibility in all levels of dance training. We strive to help students gain confidence in themselves and to build teamwork skills that will be useful throughout life.

Our first summer playshop is all about fun and friendship! This three day program is the perfect way to introduce your younger child to the joy of dance in an approachable manner.

Fun with our Favorite Friend: Bring your favorite doll, stuffed animal or action figure to join the fun. We’ll spend 3 mornings together with our “friend” dancing, playing games and more.

This playshop takes place from Monday, June 22 through Wednesday, June 24 and runs from 9AM to 12PM each of the days. On Wednesday, our participants end their time together with a showcase for family and friends.

Price: $179

All of our playshops are open to all children ages 4 - 7.

Get ready to sculpt, strengthen, and connect with your body with Pulse & Flow, our signature fitness class. This Bands & Yoga Recovery program is designed to tone and activate your muscles and core while balancing the intensity with longer held yoga.

✨ Bands Workout (25-30 min) – A dynamic high-intensity resistance band session alternating between high and low intervals for complete muscle burnout.

Students will learn aerial introductory poses, inversions, and exercises to help build strength and confidence as they fly through the air!
