There's not one, but TWO, chances to join us this Saturday for aerial yoga at A Step Ahead Dance.

At 9 AM is our first ever Aerial 101 class designed specifically for first time participants who may want a slower introduction to this popular style. It is not mandatory to take Aerial 101 before trying our standard Aerial yoga class.

At 10:15 AM is our standard, open level, aerial yoga class. Open to all experience levels from first time participants to regular experienced practitioners of the style and everyone in between.

Both of these classes are open to all ages 13+. Ages 13 - 16 must have a participating adult in the class with them.
