What a FABULOUS evening in Norwood. THANK YOU. It starts when the truck stage arrives. Then Norwood Park and Recreation District lays out the footprint, then a dozen San Miguel Basin Shooting Sports kids and parents appear to help out doing community service (with much enthusiasm!), then come vendors, the band, the tech crew, soundcheck, dinner delivery for the band from Dark Sky Cafe, and off we go. Wolf Jett charmed us all, with their soulful vibe and aptly phrased "cosmic mountain music." We went full-on stratospheric on the dance floor, can't wait to see it all go down again for The Burroughs on August 8th on the big stage, barely big enough to handle that 9-piece offering of "sweaty soul music" from Greeley CO! More pics and some vids from last night coming next, please tag and share with those you love.

All lined up with somewhere to go! Coolers at the ready for tomorrow's big haul to the Pig Palace from our beverage partners at Local Liquor, plus a few bags of that delicious apple juice donated by The Apple Core Project for the KidZone, keeping those kiddos hydrated on a hot Saturday afternoon. Can't wait to see and be with all of you tomorrow! Gonna be a hoot ... and HOWL with Wolf Jett.

IS THAT A TUG-OF-WAR ROPE ON YOUR TAILGATE??? Why yes it is. We are bringing this borrowed piece of nostalgia to the grassy stage lot for a fun challenge for families, friends, foes. Huge thanks to Norwood Public School and Kyle Dinsmore for saying YES and providing this muscle-powered opportunity to prove your mettle. Bring yer gloves.
