3 Lee’s Construction is looking to hire a Full Time Lead Carpenter and a Skilled Laborer
The right candidate must have
• Experience in construction and be able to project manage.
• Perform carpentry tasks with the highest quality of craftsmanship in the time allotted.
• Keep informed of the entire project scope
• Lead Carpenter must be able to lead a team of carpenters to perform remodeling tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and sub contractors.
• Always act in a manner as to represent the principles of 3 Lee’s Construction.
• Always dress in 3 Lee’s Construction shirts, provided.
• Be able to problem solve without the direction of superiors.
• Must be able to speak English
• Laborer, must have valid transportation. Lead Carpenter must have a valid drivers license.
