Weekly Menu Spotlight 🍽️ Episode 1

We’re kicking off our new weekly series with one of the most meaningful dishes on the Brass & Bone menu: the Blackened Chicken Thigh.

From the very beginning, Chef Joe put a ton of thought into how every ingredient works together. The heat from the blackened spices, balanced by that sticky sauce, makes this one of those dishes you really have to experience for yourself.
