Welcome dancers to NMYB’s 1st week of summer intensives. Studio doors open at 9:30am, remember pack a lunch, snacks and plenty of water. For those new to the studio - WELCOME! For everyone remember to have a friend means you have to be a friend, open yourself up to new experiences and new friendships. It’s always a little scary on the first day but, I promise it will be an amazing week, just put yourself out there with the goal to be a little bit stronger than the class before. Improvement comes from the impact of many little moments of awareness and effort all combined to create a monumental journey of growth.

Week #1 June 22nd - 25th 10am - 3:30pm

10:00 - 11:45 - Technique Class
11:45 - 12:00 - Break
12:00 - 12:30 - Men’s / Girl’s Technique
12:30 - 1:00 - Lunch
1:00 - 2:45 - Technique Class
2:45 - 3:00 - Break
3:00 - 3:30 - Conditioning / Cool Down
