Every frame begins as raw wood, hand-selected for grain and character before any cutting starts, then milled and hand finished in house 🤝

Each frame is hand-cut then finished with a Rubio Monocoat hardwax oil that deepens the grain naturally. Paired with museum-grade UV glass and archival matboard.

A single frame can take days of hands on work, from milling through final finish, which is what separates it from anything mass produced, and why no two frames turn out quite the same 🖼️

No MDF. No veneers. No plastic composites. Every frame is milled from solid domestic and exotic hardwoods. Walnut, Maple, Cherry, Oak, Sapele, Wenge. The grain tells its own story. 🌳

We source from reputable mills and select each board by hand. The wood isn’t just structure, it’s part of the art. That’s why we leave the grain visible, finished with hand rubbed oil that deepens the color over the years.

The Artist behind the Craft 📸

I’ve always believed that a photograph isn’t finished until it’s on the wall. Not tucked in a folder, not glowing on a screen or lost in a cloud. In a frame that was built for it.

I’ve been a fabricator since my teenage years, starting in the custom automotive world. Creating high-end projects on some of the world’s most expensive cars. Over the years, I honed my skills and my attention to detail. Along the way, I picked up a passion for gardening and developed a deep appreciation for the beauty of nature 🌱

I didn’t know it at the time, but there was one thing these entirely different worlds had in common. Photography.

I decided to take the leap and buy my first professional camera!

After a couple of years photographing food, babies, puppies, and weddings on the side, I took a trip to Italy with my camera. I came back with an extensive portfolio of street photography. I had found my passion. As hundreds of people walked past the red Vespa on their way to the Spanish Steps, it was the Vespa that spoke to me. These are the kinds of images that reflect my view of the world’s beauty. The details most people walk right past.

With a large and growing collection of images, I wanted to showcase some of them at a local cafe. I started shopping for frames online. I found nothing that I felt could match the quality of the work I wanted to display, so I decided to build my own. I never intended to become a woodworker and always told myself it’s the one craft I had no interest in. But that creative bug bit once again, and I found myself wanting to give others the opportunity to complement their photos the way I had done with mine.

What started as a leap of faith with a camera has become something I never expected. A business built entirely around the things I appreciate most: Precision, Beauty, and Craftsmanship. My photography and framing is the result of a lifetime of that craftsmanship, an eye that finds beauty where others don’t think to look and a standard of quality that shows up in every image and every frame 🖼️
