Hello friends,

It brings us much sadness to say that we will be shutting down temporarily due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This decision was not an easy one, but all three of us agree it is for the best. We will still be available for all of your remote mixing needs, but will not be doing any in person or session work. The studio will continue to follow the guidelines of government and health officials in determining when to reopen. Files will still be accessible during this time of absence. We hope everyone does their part to stay safe and help slow the spread of this virus. Just remember we are all in this together.

The Brother's Band - Lost On You

The month of March marks five years in our current location, and it's a good time to celebrate! Tomorrow we'll be teaming up with Coup De Grace for the release of their debut EP "Walk in Light" at Musica! The first 20 people in the door will receive Central 8 T-shirts to commemorate 11 amazing years of serving the Akron music scene. Fellow Central 8 alumni The Brothers Band and Jeff Klemm & The Letters will be rounding out the bill and playing songs from their records "Her" and "Burying The Shadows", respectively! See you there!

Updated Flier! Please welcome Uncle Jody Gaskin , Smilin Joe and Cory Hunt to the TomatoFestOhio 22' lineup! Tickets are $20 for the entire weekend including camping! The vendor spots are sold out and the vendors showing up this year are bringing everything you'll want in a festi weekend! We will have a most lit hospitality tent for the bands again this year and look forward to the peace we will share together. Silver Creek Studios will again be running incredibly sick light shows and mixing the perfect blend of musicians together. The land is Lick Lake and it is gorgeous! We can feel the heat now...we're just not sure if its coming from the July sun or the fire on this lineup!
The 4th annual Tomatofestohio moves to Lick Lake outside Defiance, Ohio this year to make room for new souls! We welcome some new band faces to help melt ours and we are blessed to be continuing this adventure. For the first time ever we played a unplugged set at Hippie Shindig and it was a magical time for us. We gathered chairs and people around a small valley in front of the stage and got to meet a lot of cool people! We returned to The Sanctuary for Worm's Bday party Saturday to watch some great music and cannot wait to have TomatoFestOhio at that beautiful venue. We will be cruising down to see Worm and Mikey at Central 8 Studios tomorrow for a 8 pm EST Live stream by Akron, OH. Eli and The Enigma Live from Central 8. 2020 feels good.
The shows are starting to creep back in and we are loving it! This Friday the 19th we are in Jeromsville, Ohio for the Hippie Shindig. 6/23 we travel to Akron, OH to join Andrew Michael(Frogtown Glassroots) on Central 8 Studios live stream with Eli and The Enigma. July 17th we travel to Yellow Springs, OH to join Davey Squires for a show. July 24-26 we are at TomatoFestOhio in Grand Rapids. Sept 11th we are at Sacred Harvest Fest 2020 and Sept 12th we are at ElephesT4. Lastly catch a live stream in the EE studio every Thursday at 7:30pm est.
