C.A.S.P.E.R Paranormal C.A.S.P.E.R was established in 2003, however the founders Chris and Loriann Skelly have been investigating since 1999. We are based out of PA.

We are a spiritual & Christian based group. Many people in the group have had Paranormal experiences for most of their lives. C.A.S.P.E.R stands for Clarity, Awareness, Spiritual, Paranormal, Exploration, and Research. Our objective is to prove that spirits do exist. We also do soul rescue to try to help those lost soul's and spirit's to find and go to the light. We have done investigations in

AZ, MD, NJ, OH, PA AND WV. Although we do not charge for investigations, Donations are greatly appreciated. (All donation's are used to purchase equipment, training, fuel, travel, ect...) We will travel or try to find a local group to assist you if needed.
