From Illinois youth hockey… to Chicago Mission national championships… to starring at RPI… to playing professionally in Sweden — Ellie has developed into one of the top female players to come out of Illinois hockey, and now she’s bringing that experience back to help the next generation of girls chasing the same dream.

From Illinois youth hockey… to Division I at RPI… to professional hockey in Sweden.

This summer, Ellie Kaiser is bringing that experience to The Nest Hockey Club.

Ellie’s journey is exactly what development is supposed to look like — elite habits, compete level, hockey IQ, confidence, and consistency. Now she’ll be helping the next generation of players build those same tools on and off the ice.

As a standout forward at RPI, a professional player in Sweden’s SDHL, a former Chicago Mission National Champion, and a USA Hockey National Camp leader, Ellie understands what it takes to succeed at the highest levels of the game.

But what makes this even more exciting for our players — especially the girls attending our camps — is that Ellie didn’t just reach the next level… she came through the same Illinois hockey path many of them are on right now.

This summer, Ellie will play a major role across our camps and clinics alongside Program Director Coach John Wallin, helping players:
• generate scoring chances
• improve shot selection
• think the game offensively
• compete with confidence
• train with purpose and consistency

Huge congratulations to Sniper School coach Jackson Zych on officially being tendered by the NA3HL Louisiana Drillers 🚨🏒

This is the result of years of hard work, consistency, sacrifice, and an obsession with getting better every single day. Early mornings. Late nights. Extra reps. Competing when nobody’s watching.

That mentality is exactly why Jackson has been such a great fit coaching with us at Sniper School — and we’re excited that he’ll also continue working with players this summer at The Nest Hockey Club Summer Camps dropping soon.

Jackson understands what it takes to move to the next level because he’s living it right now. Players training with him aren’t just learning shooting drills and skills — they’re learning the habits, discipline, and mindset that separate players over time.

Getting tendered is a massive accomplishment. But as Jackson knows, it’s also motivation to keep pushing even harder.

I agree. This is something that doesn’t get talked about nearly enough. The art of passing and moving the puck feels like a skill that’s been largely overlooked, despite how critical it is to high-level play.
