Norwich University’s Pegasus Players present She Kills Monsters written by Qui Nguyen and directed by Dominic Spillane and Maren Langdon Spillane. She Kills Monsters is a comedic romp into the world of fantasy role-playing games, a dramatic comedy laden with homicidal fairies, nasty ogres, and 90s pop culture. March 13, 14, & 15 at 7:30pm in Mack Hall auditorium, Norwich University, Northfield, VT. Free for Norwich students, staff, and faculty. Suggested donation of $5 for community members. Community members may park anywhere on campus in the evening, except designated student lots.

Also, Norwich faculty and staff will run tabletop roleplaying games before each performance starting at 6:30pm in the Mack auditorium lobby. Come by and play along.
On Thursday, 3/13, Prof. Sergio Diaz Luna will play the storytelling card game Once Upon a Time.
On Friday, 3/14, Prof. Emily Grey will lead a history roleplaying game.
On Saturday, 3/15, Prof. Kim Ward will run a one-off role-playing campaign called “Wild Sheep Chase” with pre-made characters.

Auditions for the Pegasus Players' Fall 2024 Production of Almost, Maine will be September 2 & 3 (Monday & Tuesday) 6:30-8:00pm in Mack Auditorium.

Scripts will be provided for actors when they arrive. Actors only need to attend one night of the auditions. Backstage students are also asked to attend in order to meet with the technical team leaders.

Note: You may not be in the play if you are unavailable for any of the performance dates, Nov 7, 8, & 9. Rehearsals begin Sept 9 and will generally be scheduled Monday through Thursday between 5pm and 10pm. We are generally able to accommodate most scheduling conflicts with normal rehearsal times.

THE STORY: Welcome to Almost, Maine, a place that’s so far north, it’s almost not in the United States. It’s almost in Canada. And it’s not quite a town, because its residents never got around to getting organized. So it almost doesn’t exist. One cold, clear, winter night, as the northern lights hover in the star-filled sky above, the residents of Almost, Maine, find themselves falling in and out of love in unexpected and hilarious ways. Knees are bruised. Hearts are broken. But the bruises heal, and the hearts mend—almost—in this delightful midwinter night’s dream.

TONIGHT IS OPENING NIGHT!

"Heathers, the Musical" by Norwich University Pegasus Players kicks off its run TONIGHT in Mack Hall Auditorium at 7:30pm. Admission is free to the public, but donations are greatly appreciated!

TOMORROW NIGHT IS OPENING NIGHT!

Catch "Heathers, the Musical"; an amazing show that runs all weekend! Free and open to the public, donations are greatly appreciated! Tech folks, actors, and musicians have worked real hard to have YOU come for some awesome entertainment! Bring your friends for an explosive night out!

Shows run Thursday March 14th, Friday March 15th, and Saturday March 16th all at 7:30. Doors open at 7pm!

💚 ACTRESS SPOTLIGHT: HEATHER DUKE 💚

💚 Wendy / Heather Duke 💚

Starting off the countdown of our main leads! To kick off our segment, Wendy Cantor-Hernandez shows off her power. Wendy is a freshman in the corp and is Marine Corps contracted. She has acted in the fall production of "Robin Hood" and now steps up to show her talents in singing and dancing as well!

In Wendy's free time, she likes to sing any song and to exercise. She is a history major and hopes to one day become a history teacher. She is bilingual (Spanish) and can't wait for everyone to come watch her "Never Shut Up Again" this weekend!

This semester is Octavia's first time with Pegasus Players! She is a sophomore civilian nursing major who also plays rugby! In her free time she loves to ride horses, and she grew up on a family farm!

💜 Kayla / Ms. Flemming 💜

Kayla has been with Pegasus since before she attended Norwich! She is a junior civilian english major. She lives here in Northfield and plans to become a teacher after graduation! She loves spending time with her friends!

🚨 Thad / Ram Sweeney 🚨

Thad is a freshman in the corp and this is his FIRST show with Pegasus Players! Come watch him rock his first role with us!

🚨Matt / Kurt Kelly 🚨

Matt is a sophomore in the corp and has acted with Pegasus many times before! He is a computer science major and enjoys DnD, Magic, and the NUTS and Silver Wings clubs at Norwich!

Opening night is just 3 days away! Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 7:30pm with free admission (donations appreciated!) Come watch these four awesome soloists all weekend!
