🌟 POLICY UPDATES 🌟
- Non refundable deposits will be required for every booked appointment, new or returning clients.
- Sketches/stencils will NOT be sent prior to the appointment. Adjustments to drawing can be made day of appointment, with in reason.
- Please arrive NO MORE than 5 minutes early to your appointment. Some appointments will be finishing up right on time, or I may be sneaking in a quick snack 🤗
- Lastly, and most importantly, PLEASE COMMUNICATE if you are going to be late to appointment or plan to NOT COME AT ALL. Unfortunately, no call/no shows have been happening more than not lately. I do NOT take it personal if you do not want to come, and I do not anticipate an elaborate excuse as to why. I just want COMMUNICATION. If I am waiting for you to show and you do not, that is taking away time spent with MY FAMILY. That- I take EXTREMELY personal. From this point on, if I am not notified you will not be coming, I will no longer take you on as a client. Respect is huge.
