In a few weeks a group of very fortunate DancEd Dancers will make the trip to Orlando and perform at Disney World. This will be our 5th trip to Disney over the years, and needless to say it's a special time for the dancers & their families. We happened to be at the studio this week to catch them rehearsing, things are a bit rough now but we'll be ready!!! DancEd Dancers Rock Disney!!!

Tomorrow will be the first day for our Monday dancers, and will also round out our Week One classes. The first week is always special at DancEd, and we do our best to capture the fun & excitement of the dancers returning for the start of another amazing year. We'll have posters to share & a new photo gallery on the DancEd website very soon, but until then - Bring your big smiles on Monday DancEd Dancers!!! WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU!!!

We hope everyone has enjoyed the beautiful long-weekend weather these last few days! Calendar anomalies this year had us kicking off the 2026-27 season on Saturday, and it was GREAT seeing so many dancers back at DancEd! We're very excited for this week and WE CANT WAIT to welcome our Tuesday Dancers for their first class tomorrow!!! Happy Labor Day everyone!!!

We've arrived at a much anticipated Labor Day long weekend, but first some important business - Day #1 of 2026-27 classes at DancEd!!! We're kicking everything off with Saturday classes this year, and it all gets real in a few hours! We can't wait to get started, WE'LL SEE YOU SOON DancEd DANCERS!!!

Wednesday, August 26 MEET & GREET for dancers age 2 1/2 - 6 years at DancEd!!! Parents you are invited to stop by between 4:30-5:30pm to see the studio and meet your dance teacher! If you have a young dancer & are interested in learning more about DancEd, we would love to meet you!!!

We're in the middle of Summer Parent Watch Week, and there's nothing better for a proud DancEd Mom than seeing her little girl having fun in dance class at DancEd! Once a DancEd Dancer, always a DancEd Dancer!!!

Our very own Ms Maddie got married last night! Maddie has been a life-long DancEd Dancer, and came back to teach after graduating college. We have loved watching her grow up and could not be proud of her. Maddie & Tyler, we wish you nothing but joy and happiness in all the years to come. We love you!

Some things are best kept private, but milestone birthdays for long-time DancEd instructors is not one of them!!! In the summer of 1999 we hired Ms. Kate out of college to be one of our YEAR FIVE (!!!) dance teachers at the rapidly growing DancEd Dance Centre. Today she turns 50 years, a fact that is both incredible and mind-blowing to all of us. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MS. KATE, we love you and hope you have a wonderful day!!!

Each year DancEd showcases 2 versions of the same story ballet with different casts. A few days ago we created a cool time lapse video taken from a catwalk in Show 2 of our 2026 recitals. Today we created a NEW time lapse video taken from the stage during Show 1, it's different but equally awesome. We have more to say in the comments, ENJOY!!!
