We are now in our 2nd and final week of "MASTERS of the UNIVERSE" rated PG13. It will play through to Thursday June 18th. Starting Friday June 19th we will have "TOY STORY 5" rated PG.

Employment applications are available here at the theatre evenings between 7:30 and 9:00 PM. Must be at least 16 years of age. Hourly rate is $8.00.

We are looking for help in our refreshment stand. During the summer we will need someone for afternoon and evening shifts. Each shift is 1 3/4 to 2 hours. 12 to 15 per week during the summer. Weekends and holidays are a must. We need someone ASAP.

"MASTERS of the UNIVERSE" rated PG13 is our feature for this week. A young man on Earth discovers a fabulous secret legacy as the prince of an alien planet, and must recover a magic sword and return home to protect his kingdom.

I would like to thank Craig Stevens for posting about my 56th anniversary on June 1st as owner of the Roxy Theatre. I was not planning on mentioning it at all, but I do appreciate his comments and those of over 125 other people that left many heart warming posts regarding that anniversary. Thank you all. It's been a wonderful 56 years and hopefully there will be a few more.

We just completed a fantastic week of MICHAEL which should have had a 2nd week, but contract obligations didn't allow it, so now we move on to presenting the new Star Wars film "THE MANDALORIAN and GROGU" rated PG13. Once a lone bounty hunter, Mandalorian Din Djarin and his apprentice Grogu embark on an exciting new Star Wars adventure.

The movie "MICHAEL" rated PG13 will play this week Friday May 15th thru Thursday the 21st. The early life of musician Michael Jackson, from the discovery of his talent as the lead of the Jackson Five to the artist whose creative ambition fueled a pursuit to become the biggest entertainer in the world. It will play for only one week regardless of how well it does as we are committed to play the new Star Wars movie opening on the 22nd.

Please note that the DISCOTEKS Concert that was scheduled for this coming Sunday May 17th has been canceled due to lack of interest and poor ticket sales. The concert has been canceled by the band themselves. If you had purchased tickets on line at the bands web site I have been informed that refunds have already been made. If you purchased tickets at the theatre we will make refunds for those here at the theatre in cash.

We just completed one of our best weeks thus far this year with "THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA 2" rated PG13. It will continue for one more week playing through to Thursday May 14th. Starting Friday May 15th we will have "MICHAEL" rated PG13, the Michael Jackson film.
