🖤 AN OLD-TIME FAVORITE JUST HIT THE SHOPPE!🖤

There’s a reason our grandparents always had a tin of drawing salve tucked away in their cupboards! 🌿

**BLACK DRAWING SALVE** has officially arrived at Scorpion Ranch Shoppe, and we’re bringing this time-honored tradition back to the basics!

For generations, drawing salves have been a staple in old-fashioned home remedy cabinets, traditionally reached for when dealing with stubborn splinters, bee stings, and those little skin troubles that seem to pop up out of nowhere.

Drawing salves have quite a history, with folk remedies and stories passed down through generations about their many uses. While some of those bigger claims haven't been scientifically established, the tradition itself has certainly stood the test of time!

Meet some of the crew at Scorpion Ranch! 🐴🐐🐮🤎

They may not help with decorating, setting up tables, or answering emails… but they’re definitely some of the most popular members of the Scorpion Ranch team. 😂

When you visit us for Christmas at Scorpion Ranch, you’ll have the chance to say hello to some of our four-legged (and feathered!) friends and enjoy a little bit of ranch life while you’re here.

Our animals are a huge part of what makes this place feel like home, and we can’t wait for your family to meet them this Christmas. 🎄✨

Which member of the crew are you most excited to meet? 👇

Have you ever heard someone say...

"I want soap without lye."

Believe it or not, every true bar of soap has one thing in common...

✨ It starts with lye.

Wait... what? 🤯

Here's the part most people don't know.

Lye isn't left behind in properly made cold process soap. It's simply the ingredient that starts a natural chemical reaction called saponification. During that process, the lye combines with nourishing oils and butters to create what we know as soap. When the soap is properly formulated and fully cured, there isn't active lye remaining in the finished bar.

In fact, this is the same traditional method that has been used for generations. Long before commercial body washes and synthetic detergents existed, families made soap from simple ingredients like oils, animal fats, wood ash lye, and rainwater.

At Scorpion Ranch, we choose to make our soaps the old-fashioned way because we believe simple ingredients are often the best ingredients.

🌿 Pure oils and butters
🌿 Botanical clays
🌿 Pure essential oils
🌿 Oats, honey, herbs, and flowers
🌿 Handcrafted in small batches

No melt-and-pour bases.

No synthetic detergents.

No artificial fragrance oils.

No unnecessary fillers.

Just traditional cold process soap, made with ingredients you can recognize and a process that's stood the test of time.

Sometimes the most natural way is also the oldest way. ❤️

We're constantly adding new handcrafted, all-natural products to our shop, from traditional cold process soaps to beeswax candles, herbal balms, bath soaks, home essentials, and more. Be sure to check back often to see what's new!

Another little piece of Scorpion Ranch is now available to take home. 🌿

We've also been working on a collection of handcrafted bath soaks, and we're excited to finally share them with you.

From soothing oats and honey to relaxing lavender and luxurious rose, each jar is made in small batches with simple ingredients and a whole lot of care.

Our goal is simple: create products that help you slow down, relax, and enjoy the natural goodness that God has provided.

This is just the beginning. More farm-made products are coming soon, and we can't wait to bring you along for the journey.
