Let’s talk timelines 💍⤵️

*This is a general timeline across the board and the general plan we go by for our couples but we’re flexible!*

First of all: A wedding day timeline is a guide you aim for but it’s bound to be pushed and pulled and changed. Be prepared for things to not go perfectly!

One big tip: Pad the timeline.

Your photographer will likely have a hand in the timeline and is a big piece of the puzzle.

If a first look is part of your day work with the photographer on coordinating this the morning of.

To the timelines:

✨ 1 PM Ceremony

-1PM Ceremony assuming no first look
-5 PM Guests arrive for cocktail hour
- 5 to 6 PM Cocktail Hour
- 6 PM Introductions
First Dance/Cake Cutting
Speeches
Blessing
- 6:30 PM Dinner Service
- 7:30 PM Formal Dances
Dessert/Open Dancing
Late Night Food/ Sparkler Send Off

✨ 4:30 Ceremony
4:30 PM Ceremony on Site
1-2 PM First Look
4:30- 5PM Ceremony

During cocktail hour your guests can choose from the selection you choose to put out.

It’s our✨ Signature artisanal catering and cocktail-hour station, featuring an extensive spread of imported and domestic cheeses, cured meats, grilled and marinated vegetables, seasonal fruits, artisan breads, crackers, olives, hummus, and warm dips!

The gourmand display is included in all wedding packages. The antipasto/meat display can be added to any package and it’s included in our Symphonic Package ✨
