‘PITHA’ is a significant part of every Odia tradition and festival. There are some pithas which are associated with some particular ‘Puja and Parba’ in Odisha.
Like Chitau pitha in Chitau amabasya,Chunchi patra pitha on Manabasa Gurubara,Suanli pitha on Nuakhai and of course every Odia knows Haladi patra pitha or Enduri pitha on Prathamastami.
Each pitha has its unique taste and history behind it.
