Hi guys! Mary here. I just wanted to go over a couple of things before the party on Friday.
The party starts at 4 pm, the actual car show itself does not start until about 6 pm. We start the party early so there is still enough spots for people to park in our parking lot next door. If that is full, there are 2 public parking lots available as well. One is behind the funeral home, on Sepalla Blvd, and another one across the street from city hall, on Margaret St N. Both within walking distance to the shop. For motorcycles, our parking lot was recently repaved and they added a decent sized spot for bikes, the rest of the lot is lined up to be parking spots so I will not be able to block off space like I have done in the past.
If you are planning on bringing a 1975 or older vehicle to the shop, I am only able to reserve 2-3 spots in front of the shop. Once those are taken, the spots become first come first serve.
We do ask that everyone wears some piece of apparel when they come down, we want to flood the streets with GFATS! Once the order comes in, I will be calling everyone that pre ordered to let them know that their stuff has arrived. Everything else will be available to purchase.
We are having walking tacos for food, water, soda, and cookies as well. For those of age, I will be passing out drink tokens to Sidewinders and Neumanns, once they're gone, they're gone.
We are getting everything ready to go, and can't wait to have fun with you all!
