Closing Escape Rooms Unlocked - a Fond Farewell from the Owners
Bittersweet. There are many emotions describing this moment but the best one is bittersweet. Our family began our escape room journey as a homeschool project with nothing but some willing grandparents, some teenage elbow grease and a whole lot of grit. Our parents helped build the sets, our kids created the website, mastered technology, and painted walls. We all ran a whole lot of games. But now the Gregory family kids have grown and are off on their own adventures. We have made the difficult decision that after 8 years, 3 facilities and 14 rooms, it’s time. It’s time for a reset. It’s time to let our wonderful memories become just that, memories. It’s time to close Escape Rooms Unlocked.

We are so very grateful to all of our guests over the years. To the family who visits us every Christmas, it has been one of our greatest honors to watch your kids grow. To the grandparents who have bravely come in to play with their children and grandchildren, way to go!! To the many, many parents who have brought their kids’ friends in to play for birthdays, you escaped - nice job!! And to the couples, families, and friends who choose us for their adventures, we have loved spending time with you, together.

Regardless of the circumstances that caused our paths to cross, the journey has been special. Our staff has become an extension of our family. We are grateful for their diligence, smiles, and enthusiasm. We truly could not have done it without each and every one of them and we look forward to staying in touch.

So what’s next? We are so glad you asked!!
