Join our administrative staff!!! We are seeking an Accounting & Office Manager responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial, accounting, payroll, human resources administration, cash control and general office operations of the theatre.

This position manages a broad range of accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, financial reporting, tax filings, cash management and year-end accounting activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy and capable of managing confidential financial and employee information while meeting multiple daily, monthly and annual deadlines.

A minimum five years experience in a similar position is required. Salary is based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position.

We join countless fans worldwide who are saddened by the loss of Dolly Parton. Those of us involved in live entertainment deeply feel the impact that Dolly had on our industry in the Grand Strand and beyond. Her mark will live on forever.

People often call someone a “legend” on days like this, but Dolly truly deserved that title—an icon to the entire entertainment world, especially country music. She was a bright light that lit up the stage and every room she entered was just a little shinier and more "glittery" than anyone else.

It’s always painful when one of the greats leaves this earth, but the beauty in music is that Dolly's impact on past, present and future generations will live on forever. Thank you, Dolly, for a life well served and for everything you gave onstage and off in our community and in communities near and far.

Looking for something to do tonight when the storms blow through? Come to Alabama Theatre this evening for an amazing performance featuring The Malpass Brothers. Those of you who've been coming to the theatre for many years will recognize a familiar face...or two....from Many years ago as the brothers have performed as youngsters in our stage in the Christmas In Dixie show as well as with Charlie Pride and Merle Haggard when those performance happened years ago.
