For the last 17 years, she’s been a fountain of fun filling the cups of revelers throughout the Caribbean and from New York to Miami with her high powered sets and distinct mixing style. Her wide range of musical influence is rooted in Puerto Rico, sprouting through the heart of the underground music scene of the 80’s, 90’s & 2000’s. Not only does she want to make your feet move, she wants to tickle your heart and inspire you to greater experiences. She started her journey as a resident weekly DJ at TheWomb, then had the pleasure of playing at Ultra 10 year Anniversary, playing benefits for GLAAD/Absolut Vodka Outrageous, VAAC Miami, and recording tracks that are on Beatport, Spotify and Apple music. Music has been in VButterfly La Mariposas’ soul since she arrived on the ‘Enchanted Island of Borinquen’, and ever since, she has been spreading her musical wings and sharing her spirit, soul & unique style with The World.

The night started with the girls pre-gaming, laughing, getting ready, and already making memories before we even left. 🦋✨

Then came our first adventure… riding through Wynwood in a car that literally drove itself. 😂 No driver, just us girls looking at each other like, “Okayyy… I guess this is happening!” Definitely an experience!

Then we arrived at The White Elephant, watched all the incredible girls perform, and finally it was my turn. Seeing my friends dancing, feeling the energy in the room, and seeing everyone who came out to support me made the night even more special. ❤️🎶

And when it was all over, we still weren’t ready for the night to end. We walked the streets of Wynwood, laughed, explored, and enjoyed every second together.

Because this is what core memories are made of community, ✊🏼 friendship, music, adventure, laughter, and simply being present enough to realize, this is one of those nights I’m going to remember.

Apparently, I have officially accepted my fate with the future. 😂

Here I am getting into a fu***ng Waymo with NO DRIVER. Nobody behind the wheel. Nobody to yell at. Nobody to ask, “Are you sure you know where you’re going?” Just me, my girls, and TECHNOLOGY. 😳😂

Was I scared? YES.
Was I excited? YES.
Did I get in anyway? ALSO YES. 🤣

At some point you just have to surrender, buckle your seatbelt, and say, “Well… I guess this is the future. Let’s fu***ng go.” 🚗🤖

We laughed so damn hard through this experience that I’m pretty sure somebody peed a little. 😂

VButterfly has entered the future. 🦋🤖

Feeling truly honored that there are still people out there who want to hear my story. 🦋

So much has already been written, lived, and experienced but I’m nowhere near finished. I’m ready to add a few new chapters, especially in the music department. 🎶 Music has always been part of my story, but lately, it’s become something even deeper.
