Love is messy, hilarious, and sometimes only one click away. Kayla and Michael are coworkers who can’t stand each other...at least not in person. But in Manhattan, New York, an anonymous dating app called The Lonely Hearts Club changes everything. All it takes is a profile, a pen name, and a leap of faith to meet your mystery match. Between their sharp banter and secret pen names, chaos and comedy collide as sparks start to fly in all the wrong (and right) places.
But the fun doesn’t stop there! The stage bursts with unforgettable characters: a boss just trying to survive the workweek, coworkers who gossip and meddle like it’s an Olympic sport, a sweet and supportive mom, and the larger than life Mr. Lonely Heart, the fabulously over-the-top spokesman for the dating app who steals the spotlight every time he appears.
