Theatre Witch is awaking from its deep and magical slumber to put up some performance art with a purpose.

'The Bindings' is a piece of feminist performance art that has been produced twice before. In fact, it was the final show the very night before that first pandemic stay-at-home order those years ago.

The past few years have brought time for insight, for reevaluation, for learning. Now, with Roe v Wade overturned, our rage is stoked and our course is set.

Proceeds from the show will go to fund organizations supporting reproductive rights, abortion, and bodily autonomy.

We are seeking performers to appear in this performance art piece directed by V Cate. If you are a person with a uterus, a woman, or a q***r person who is affected by the recent SCOTUS decision, we would love to hear from you.

The performances are coming up quick, so swift submissions are appreciated.

DAY 31 CHALLENGE:
LOOK AT THE MOON.

As we began the month with a full moon, so we end it. This time with not just any Full Moon, but a blue moon, on Samhain. They say the veil between worlds is the thinnest this night. Let yourself be open to possibilities. To desires. To fears. Let them stoke inspiration within you. Worship the moon, dance beneath the moon, create beneath its fullness, or just take a friendly peek when you can and say hello. 🌕
