Wow I am at a lost for words and deeply saddened, We lost a Great man, a true artist, a beautiful spirit, I had the honor of working with in two iconic plays "First Breeze of Summer" & "The Amen Corner". Bill played my father in both of these productions. I learned so much from Bill. Along with the Late great Frances Foster RIH as my Mother (Amen Corner). And the matriarch of Black theatre RIH Claudia McNeill as my Grandmother Gremmar (First Breeze Of Summer). Growing up in this business, people become apart of your family & the passing of these incredibly talented and loving spirits breaks my heart. My Heavenly Father promised us all that we will see each other again. Rest well my Village Father, Mother and Grandmother you will be missed, but won't be forgotten. We all are apart of a tree bearing good fruit, Our purpose is to nurture the next generations journey, Bill you have truly done that! Thank you for the talks & life knowledge you shared with me. Sending my sincere condolences out to Bill's immediate Family & other friends.
