The Reviews are in again and Doubting Thomas gains ANOTHER win... Mary Mallory from the Tolucan Times writes, "[Doubting Thomas] is thoughtful, well acted, and entertaining...Director Stan Mazin keeps things moving by keeping the staging evenhanded without becoming too dramatic." Mary goes on to say that the cast "brings passion to their roles. Adam Simon Krist gives vulnerability to the snotty full of attitude, Nancy Van Iderstine’s shallow, superficial mother drips bitterness and sarcasm, Shulman’s pestering Thomas prods others to question themselves, and Ryan brings an easygoing charm and naturalness to John." Mallory finishes her review by mentioning the "polished sheen" that the production work, particularly lighting, provides.

These reviews, that the Tolucan Times has supplied, are right on the money. Doubting Thomas is thoughtful, entertaining, passionate, vulnerable, sarcastic, pestering, and charming. If you have any doubt that Doubting Thomas is ALL of these characteristics then come on down to the Secret Rose Theatre and see for yourself. Only 2 more weeks... I you will want to miss out.

After a great three week run with Adam Simon Krist as Dylan we are proud to present Ian Hamilton as our new Dylan for the next three weeks. Both boys give an outstanding yet DIFFERENT performance. Even if you've already seen it once you'll want to see it again. Come to The Secret Rose Theatre in NOHO and have a totally new experience.
