Calling All Entries!
The Television Academy is accepting entries for this year’s BEST COMMERCIAL EMMY.
As we approach the deadline which is May 8th (no extensions), we are taking a look back at past winners.

​In 2015, the Emmy Award for Outstanding Commercial was awarded to the now iconic “ ” campaign. Created by and produced by Chelsea Pictures, (directed by Lauren Greenfield () now with .pictures) the ad aimed to challenge and redefine the negative connotations associated with the phrase “like a girl.” What an iconic spot that

A commercial is eligible provided it is between 30 seconds and 3 minutes in length (180 seconds) and originally aired to a national audience during the eligibility year by broadcast mediums defined as broadcast networks, cable, online and streamers. Paid commercials, PSAs and promos are eligible. Link in bio to begin submission.

The Commercials Peer Group is excited to welcome Suzanne Hargrove () to its Executive Committee. Suzann, Vice President and Executive Producer at PRETTYBIRD, is an Emmy-winning commercial veteran known for her work in high-end commercials, branded content, and new media. She has produced award-winning campaigns for Nike, Adidas, and Miu Miu, as well as major Super Bowl spots, including the 2024 Emmy nominated “Michael CeraVe” campaign. She continues to push creative boundaries beyond traditional advertising, leading innovative projects like Audi’s high-speed “Think Faster” campaign and executive producing the Audible podcast Dear Cousin, released in 2024. That same year, she won Ad Age’s Creativity Award for Executive Producer of the Year.
