There are several very informative posts regarding over $900,000 in funds borrowed from your reserves, restaurant losses and attempts to get accurate numbers from the HOA board. An increase in HOA fees and a one time assessment is most likely coming.

💥Our biggest on-going problem was finding everyone a seat and serving over 150 at once. We had an amazing front of house and kitchen staff.
