Had a couple yogi friends at class this week and they grabbed a couple cute shots of me with the goaties. Thanks Lift Aerial Yoga loft for always supporting us and grabbing this pic of Adobo and I. 💜
Lift studio is located in Falmouth and is a great experience for an adventure yogi or anyone curious about Aerial yoga. My girls went to her awesome summer camp when they were younger and I highly suggest checking it out or planning an adult class with this woman owned local small business. Thanks again
