How do you put years of impact into a caption?

From first stepping into this community as a teenager (TRIBE) to becoming an integral part of its heartbeat, Mia has helped build, shape, and push this space further than we could ever put into words.

Her artistry, leadership, friendship, and relentless belief in the people around her have left a mark on this studio, TRIBE, our artists, colleagues, friends, and countless dancers who have walked through our doors.

As Mia heads home to Ohio to be closer to family, we’re celebrating everything she has given this community and everything we know she’ll continue to give wherever she goes.

There will never be another Mia. 🤍

So for this one, we’ll let the dancing do the rest.

Mia + Lacy, in Mia’s class over the weekend.

Ohio gets you back, but Chicago will always be HOME.

We love you. Come visit soon.
