Who-Fest Folk Art Festival Who-Too! Folk Art Festival - September 15th & 16th - Coolidge Park Celebrating it's 6th year in Chattanooga. And we have added a fall "sister event" Who-Too!

Who-Fest [12] Folk Art Festival is a 2-day celebration of Folk, Visionary, Outsider and Self-Taught Art + Music. For the 2012 edition, Who-Fest will be moving to Chattanooga's most popular park, Coolidge Park. We will also be moving the date of Who-Fest from Memorial Day Weekend to the middle of May. The new dates are Saturday, May 12th and Sunday May 13th. to the schedule. September 15th and 16th, 2012
