The 2nd Annual Taco & Margarita Festival is returning to Riverfront Park on Saturday, September 5, 2026, bringing a full day of tacos, margaritas, food trucks, vendors, DJs, competitions, and waterfront views.

The festival is being promoted as a one-day outdoor event filled with food, cold margaritas, live music, and Riverfront Park scenery. The official festival site also lists local food trucks, 30+ local vendors, handcrafted margaritas, live DJs, cultural performances, interactive games, and eating challenges.

Guests can also expect a 21+ margarita garden with beer, wine, mocktails, and other spirits, plus exclusive menus from local and regional culinary talent.

A portion of proceeds will benefit The Holy City Foundation, which supports residents and youth in North Charleston. Early bird tickets are listed at $25 while supplies last, with general admission listed at $35–$40 once early bird tickets sell out.

Next up in the Tequila Garden, you will find Carreta De Oro , who will be providing samples of their Blanco, Reposado & Añejo for festival attendees to taste. Carreta De Oro Blanco just won Gold at the 2024 World Spirits Competition in San Francisco, along with their Reposado & Añejo placing Bronze.
