This is Pat's first production at South of Broadway , but she has been involved in community theater for many years, appearing on stage in South Carolina, Virginia, Florida, Minnesota and Delaware. She is no stranger to playing memorable female characters, with her favorites being Amanda in The Glass Menagerie and M'Lynn in Steel Magnolias, and she would like to thank director David McLaughlin for giving her the opportunity to add Linda Loman to this list. Pat says playing these formidable women has taught her that strength shows itself in many forms. Don't mistake quiet for meek, or giving for weak. "Linda Loman never lost faith in her family. When the wolves raged at the door, she kept that faith alive by always believing in them and their dreams, even at the cost of her own. There may be bigger, showier female characters in the history of the stage, but to me, Linda's quiet, unwavering belief is the loudest voice of them all."
