π THANK YOU, PARK CIRCLE PRIDE 2026. π What an incredible week.
Over six unforgettable days, Park Circle Pride brought together thousands of people to celebrate love, authenticity, visibility, inclusion, and q***r joy through more than 40 events across the Park Circle community.
Every year, it's inspiring to watch our neighborhood come alive as people gather to connect, celebrate, learn, perform, volunteer, and simply be themselves. From drag shows and dance parties to workshops, worship services, youth programming, live music, community conversations, and everything in between, this year's festival was a powerful reminder of what Pride is all about.
A heartfelt thank you to the incredible performers, artists, speakers, community leaders, and changemakers who helped make this year's festival unforgettable, including Ava Clear, Brooke Collins, DjTrevor Dee, Kymmya Starr Davidson, Clover-Lynn, Symone N. O'Bishop, Patti O'Furniture, Venus Alexander, Mercy Madison, Beau O'Bishop, Velma Dearwood, Diamond Giovanni, DJDJ, Mary Lambert, Councilman Brandon Hudson, the Palmetto Choral Collective, and so many others who shared their talents, stories, and energy throughout the week. Also we'd like to give a big thanks to all the local businesses that opened their doors and welcomed all, celebrating pride with us.
One of the most meaningful moments of this year's festival came when the City of North Charleston officially proclaimed June 2, 2026, as Lee Anne Leland Day, honoring longtime transgender advocate Lee Anne Leland for decades of leadership, education, service, and unwavering support of transgender people throughout the Lowcountry.
Park Circle Pride is about more than a festival. It's about creating spaces where LGBTQ+ people can gather openly, uplifting q***r artists, investing in community, building connections across generations, and celebrating the simple truth that everyone deserves to belong.
Most importantly, thank you for supporting this year's beneficiaries, AFFA (Alliance For Full Acceptance) and We Are Family. Their work strengthens our community every day of the year, and your participation helps make that work possible.
In the coming weeks, Vive Le Rock Productions, AFFA, and We Are Family will release a Park Circle Pride By The Numbers Impact Report detailing funds raised, participating businesses, attendance highlights, community impact, and more. Because donations are submitted directly to AFFA and We Are Family by participating businesses and event hosts, final numbers will be shared once all contributions have been received and accounted for.
To every drag queen, drag king, DJ, musician, performer, artist, speaker, poet, author, filmmaker, athlete, worship leader, nonprofit, volunteer, sponsor, vendor, and local business that helped create spaces where people felt welcomed, celebrated, and seen:
Thank you.
And to everyone who attended, performed, volunteered, donated, sponsored, partnered, danced, laughed, cheered, and showed up for one another:
π Thank you.
π³οΈβπ Come As You Are.
β¨ Park Circle Pride returns for our 7th year, June 1β6, 2027.
π We'll see you in 2027.
