We're popping in to say thank you to everyone for being part of our DoubleGood Popcorn Fundraiser. Thanks to your generosity and support, we raised over $700 to help offset the costs of our upcoming production of Tchaikovsky's Iolanta.

Thank you to everyone who auditioned for us yesterday afternoon/early evening. We were so amazed by your vocal virtuosity, musicality, and story-telling.

Singers! We are looking forward to hearing you sing on Sunday, 04/19.

If you haven't already done so, please send your music to us via email, [email protected], so our pianist can look at it ahead of time.

We also ask that you bring a clean copy of your audition piece for our pianist the day of the audition. Please have all cuts neatly marked.

We will have a copy of the Russian excerpt text for singers who are not presenting a Russian piece. If you did not receive a copy of the text, please send us an email. (See above for email.)

Thank you to everyone who submitted for Iolanta auditions. We look forward to hearing both our in-person auditioners as well as our virtual ones.

We are extending our Iolanta application to this Wednesday, 04/15, in an effort to recruit more bass-baritones and basses.

There are a couple of in-person spots and Zoom auditions for 04/19.

Thank you to everyone who has applied to audition for Iolanta so far!

We have a couple of in-person audition slots and Zoom slots available on April 19th. We are still looking for a couple of basses. The deadline to apply for an audition is tomorrow, April 10th: https://forms.gle/ZxCiAM44dF2BsgZFA

For those of you who applied to audition, please check your email for instructions as well as the text excerpt.

In-person auditioners: you should have received an email with your assigned audition time, instructions, location, and the Russian text excerpt. For those of you not presenting an aria in Russian, you will be asked to read the excerpt at your audition. We have both the Cyrillic and a transliteration available in print form at the audition.

Virtual auditioners: you should have received an email asking if you prefer to use a recording or audition or Zoom. You have until tomorrow, April 10th, to let us know which option you prefer.

If you are not presenting a Russian aria, we ask that you prepare a short video of yourself reading the text excerpt from either the Cyrillic text or transliteration. If you are auditioning over Zoom, we ask that you read the excerpt at said Zoom audition.
