A theme becomes unforgettable when guests stop looking at it and start living inside it.

Great design is never just about how a space looks. It is about what it evokes, how it changes the atmosphere, and what remains with guests long after the night is over.

For “Let The Summer Begin,” every detail was designed to transport.

From the moment guests arrived, they were welcomed by a beach-inspired entry framed with weathered wood, plume, and pampas grass. It unfolded like a windswept path through Montauk at sunset, setting the tone for everything that followed.

Inside, the dining space became a landscape of its own. Tablescapes layered with sand, sea grass, aloe, and candlelight captured the quiet beauty of coastal dunes at golden hour, while panoramic sunset imagery stretched across the room and blurred the line between interior and horizon.

As the evening unfolded, playful moments appeared throughout the room. A swim-up dance floor installation, complete with faux stone decking and authentic pool ladders, brought the energy of a poolside scene directly into the celebration.

That same spirit continued at the 360-degree adult bar, where a tiled façade and additional pool ladders transformed the structure into a polished and unexpected focal point.

Above the dance floor, the night’s defining statement came into view. A suspended aircraft soared overhead, towing the words that had shaped the celebration from the very beginning, “Let The Summer Begin.”

By the end of the night, “Let The Summer Begin” was more than a message overhead. It was the feeling woven through every moment.

Let the summer begin.

The room begins in the warmth of golden sunlight, soft, effortless, and filled with the promise of summer.

For Liam, every detail was designed to feel like a memory unfolding. Coastal blues, sun-washed neutrals, sculptural greenery, smooth stones, soft sand, and glowing candlelight transform the adult tables into artful landscapes inspired by shorelines around the world.

Each table tells a different story. A distant beach. A familiar summer afternoon. A place you may have visited, or one you are suddenly longing to discover.

As the light softens and the celebration builds, the room drifts into golden hour, capturing that fleeting moment when summer feels endless and anything feels possible.

A storm was brewing in the details.

Ethan’s thunderstorm-themed celebration leaned into a darker, more atmospheric design language, with blue and purple carried through the room in honor of his favorite colors. Lightning from the event branding was brought into the décor as a dimensional detail, adding a charged visual thread across the space.

At the tables, the concept became more sculptural: round glass orbs were designed to feel like wind tunnels, with calla lilies chosen for the way their curved form echoes a tornado. The final experience was immersive and high-impact, balancing the energy of the storm with a polished, sophisticated tablescape.

The inspiration was Dior Beach Club, but the design was all about making it feel like Jordyn’s very own.

We started with the Dior animal-print toile and used it as a major design foundation, wrapping one of the walls completely in the pattern to create a bold, immersive backdrop. From there, we carried that same toile into the back bar, creating a custom bar moment that felt equal parts sophisticated and playful.

A personalized pool dance floor became the center of the room, framed by custom luxury day beds, oversized umbrellas, and a pristine white day club lounge. Above it all, our ambient rattan lighting installation tied in the perfect organic textures, making the room feel immersive from every angle.

The Dior reference gave us the language, but Jordyn gave the space its identity.

Like a swirl of cotton candy and springtime magic.

Abigail’s celebration was dipped in dreamy lavenders, pale blues, blush pinks, and iridescent sparkle. Framed by the season’s final cherry blossoms, watercolor florals bloomed alongside tie-dyed linens, shimmering details, and sweet surprises around every corner. From the purple plexi dance floor to our favorite lounge piece, Twizzler, every detail was a treat for the senses.

As a designer, my belief is the transition from cocktails into the main room should feel like stepping into another world.

For Aria, that world was an explosion of wildflowers.

Guests were welcomed into a landscape of serpentine tables and rounds, where lush florals appeared to be organically growing from the tabletops themselves. The winding table design guided the eye through a valley of blooms, creating movement, depth, and endless beauty from one end of the room to the other.

Delicate taper candles flickered among the florals, while soft pink linens layered the space with warmth, elegance, and youthful charm. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to bring Mom’s vision to life: flowers everywhere.

We took that vision quite literally and then elevated it.

The result was a room that felt organic yet intentional, whimsical yet refined. A floral dreamscape filled with texture, color, and wonder. The kind of space that stops guests in their tracks and reminds them that they’re part of something truly special.

Magical from every angle. 🌸

As a designer, I believe the es**rt card display is more than a seating assignment it’s the first chapter of the story.

For Aria, this moment was designed with purpose. We wanted guests to arrive and immediately feel the magic that was about to unfold. The es**rt card installation needed to make an impact, set the tone, offer subtle hints of the celebration beyond, and create a destination worthy of capturing.

Inspired by Aria’s custom branding, we created a 16-foot tone-on-tone pink statement wall, bringing her logo and signature floral pattern to life on a grand scale. Positioned as the focal point upon entering the foyer at Montammy Golf Club, it drew guests toward a larger-than-life floral installation that became both a welcoming moment and a visual anchor throughout the evening.

Thoughtful. Intentional. Immersive. From the very first step inside, there was no question whose celebration this was—it was undeniably Aria. 🌸

As a designer, some of my favorite details are the ones that quietly become the soul of an event.

For Aria, it began with the delicate floral beading on her dress, sweet, unique, and unmistakably her. Dayna Field Events & Suite Paperie transformed that inspiration into custom artwork, creating a signature floral pattern that became the foundation of her event branding.

But great design isn’t just about creating beautiful ideas, it’s about helping clients truly see them. Our 3D renderings allow families to experience each moment before it’s built, transforming concepts into tangible visions. Explaining an es**rt card installation or a custom Arbucks café simply isn’t enough; through renderings, clients can understand the design, the ex*****on, and exactly how every detail will come to life.

Over the next few days, you’ll see how this thoughtful design language evolved from rendering to reality from the es**rt card display and floral adorned adult spaces to the bar, Aria’s custom Arbucks build-out, dance floor, and the most beautiful custom kippahs. Paired with a tone-on-tone logo and a carefully curated palette, every detail felt intentional, cohesive, and undeniably Aria.

Because the most meaningful designs don’t just decorate a room — they tell a story. And the most successful events begin long before installation day, when a vision becomes something you can already imagine yourself stepping into. 🌸

Some places stay with you long after you leave.

And while many events begin with florals or fabric, this one began with branding.

From the moment Chloe’s artwork deck was unveiled, the atmosphere of the room began to take shape long before any single element was laid. Bold Italian tile motifs, sun-soaked citrus palettes, vintage-inspired iconography, and handwritten postcard details became the creative foundation for an environment designed to feel transportive in every sense.

Round tables dressed in embroidered ivory linens brought a sense of understated luxury to the space, while vibrant lemon yellow moved organically throughout the room in the florals, citrus accents, and place settings. Towering lemon trees rose above the tables almost architecturally, transforming the dining environment into something immersive and alive.

One of the most defining details came through the custom tile-inspired table numbers, directly influenced by the ceramic patterns embedded throughout the branding itself. That motif quietly carried through the room as a visual thread, grounding the space in something playful, elevated, and unmistakably Italian.

As the installation unfolded over the course of two days, the boundaries between concept and reality slowly disappeared. Between shaping the overhead canopy from ladders high above the room and meticulously styling a sea of blooms below, the experience became far more than recreating a destination. It became stepping fully inside of it.

Every surface invited discovery. Every texture carried intention. Every carefully curated accent contributed to a world that felt effortlessly transportive.

Designed not simply to decorate a space, but to leave behind the feeling of having been transported to the Amalfi Coast for one special night.

Chasing an Amalfi Coast state of mind.

A landscape of rich fuchsias, sunlit yellows, and spirited citrus tones set the foundation for Chloe in Capri. The branding’s striking visual identity became the blueprint for a custom bar wrap, grounding the heart of the room in a high-contrast palette that instantly evokes the effortless allure of an Italian summer.

Suspended directly above, a hand-crafted trellis overflows with a dense canopy of lemon leaves and fresh citrus, framing the crisp, luminous glow of Chloe Capri in radiant light. It stands as a powerful structural statement, juxtaposing clean architectural lines against the abundant, untamed texture of a Mediterranean terrace. The visual language is polished and refined, yet it carries the playful, sun-drenched energy of a coastal escape, blurring the line between a modern installation and an open-air pavilion.
