This week, members of our leadership team from across the organization came together for the 2026 Innovative Heights Next Level Leadership Convention!

Innovative Heights is the franchise group behind 11 Slick City locations and growing, made up of almost 600 employees and 70 leaders across our organization 🤩

As we continue to grow, so does our commitment to the idea that iron sharpens iron. Bringing our teams together to learn from one another, share ideas and continue improving is an important part of that growth!

Over two days, our leaders focused on operational excellence, problem solving, safety, developing future leaders, looking at what's ahead, and the systems and standards that separate top performing teams ✨

We're proud of the teams behind each of our parks and excited for what we're continuing to build together!
