The Land is a grassroots family owned venue who have been part of the music scene for many years, bringing people together through live music, community, and positive vibes. Now it’s time to create something for the next generation

This is a supervised teen event where teens can hang out, dance, laugh, meet friends, and enjoy a night built just for them.
Teens Welcome
Parents & Guardians Welcome
Staff On Site All Night
Parents and guardians do not have to stay, but if you choose to, there will be common areas available to relax and hang out while the teens enjoy the event.
NOT A TEEN = NO ENTRY
This event is for teens and accompanying parents/guardians only.
We want this to be a place where memories are made, friendships grow, and everyone feels welcome.

To anyone traveling up to check out The Land please don't at this time. The Road to the top os still very soft. Someone made ruts and didn’t take time to fix them. I went up to check on road to see if still soft and yeah too soft to travel. But Damn it i got $20,000 into the road the last 10 years and you haven't put a dime into it. You make profit off it and theres no reason to drive up there this time of year if roads still soft. Get out and walk like I do. Very unacceptable. But like always Jason Brown will fix it! Anyway the land is still soaked. June 5TH show may be canceled. Sorry to all involved but we will try again after next week and see how it goes. Need the leaves to pop and grass to come out to soak up this moisture in the ground. Will keep you all updated.

Quick update on a couple events at The Land.
The Roofing Olym-picks and Backwoods Barz Battle
I’m going to postpone them for now.
Putting these together isn’t just picking a date and showing up — it takes time to line up bands, competitors, vendors, and everything else that makes it actually worth coming to.
Right now between timing on my end and not enough people committed yet, I’m not going to force it.
I’d rather take a step back and build it the right way so when it happens, it’s something people talk about — not something that just “happened.”
These events ARE still coming. Just need more time, more people on board, and the right setup.
Appreciate everyone that supports what I’m building out here. We’re not lowering the standard — we’re raising it.
Other shows will be announced soon so we still will be having live music still just not those 2 shows this year.

When I started The Land,
it wasn’t for money.
It was for nights where people forget about life for a while...
for families sitting around laughing…
for music playing while strangers turn into friends.
It was built out of pocket… piece by piece…
just to give our community something real.
And every time I see people smiling out there…
I know it’s worth it 100%.
But keeping something like this alive isn’t easy.
That’s why I’m asking — not just for sponsors…
but for people who believe in what this place stands for.
If you’ve ever brought yourself or kids here…
ever played on that stage…
ever stood in that field and felt something different…
