Life Multiplied Life Multiplied is a regional economic development strategy to retain and attract workforce.

BN Advantage is a strategy to advance the region's vitality and foster growth by building on McLean County's reputation as an employment and lifestyle destination. We are working to consistently and successfully deliver the social and economic environment needed to compete in the global economy. Six county-wide organizations have partnered to create this Advantage:

BN Advantage is our next great community initiative. These efforts are first of their kind in collaboration and participation. Bloomington-Normal is poised for growth, and the time to act is now.

Illinois Wesleyan graduates continue to achieve exceptional outcomes šŸ‘

According to the IWU Hart Career Center's annual First Destinations Survey, nearly 99% of the Class of 2025 were employed or continuing their education within six months of graduation. Graduates secured positions across a wide range of industries, pursued advanced degrees across the country, and reported strong career outcomes in an evolving job market.

These results reflect the power of an Illinois Wesleyan education and the meaningful hands-on experiences students gain during their time at IWU.
