Drag Royalty is proud to announce our first show of the 2023-2024 school year, our Snappin' It with Portia Lynn Snaps Opening Drag Show!!🌈 This event is the premiere of our Snappin' It with Portia Lynn series- a showcase of newer drag performers and their incredible talents!❤️ It will be hosted by the gorgeous miss Portia Lynn Snaps and feature performances from Niki Da Queen, Sir Veign, Psychosomatic, T**s Anne Giggles, and Sprinkles The Clown!✨The drag show will take place SEPTEMBER 2ND at 7PM in the BROWN BALLROOM of the Bone Student Center. Tickets are $5 each and can be purchased by scanning the QR code on posters around campus OR by clicking the link below!🎟️ Help us kickoff this year with our most fabulous drag show yet! Portia Lynn Snaps (she/her) is the vice president of Drag Royalty! She is a sophomore Theatre Teacher Education major at ISU. Portia is your sassy southern bell who will always be the new girl in town. She has had a year of show experience and can’t wait to show more!✨

Niki Da Queen (she/her) is the dancing diva of Drag Royalty! She’s a sophomore at Illinois State University and a Fashion Design major! Niki first started drag at the age of 13 and she hasn’t looked back since! Her drag style is very y2k with a touch of glamour. She can’t wait to showcase her Charisma, Uniqueness, Nerve, and Talent!✨

Lola Zahor (she/they/he) is a junior at ISU studying to get her Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design. She wants to be able to use her drag as an outlet and grow those two skills into a fully developing career! She has 2 years experience and 1 year performing. If Lola Zahor can make you beautifully disturbed then she’s doing something right!✨

Lincoln Logge (he/him) is a drag king with Drag Royalty! He is a sophomore here at ISU who’s currently working through a major in Anthropology and a minor in Classical studies: Latin. Outside of drag, his hobbies include sewing, cosplay, and doll-making. He’s been doing drag for almost a year and a half now but is very excited to get more experience under his belt. And furthermore, he’s VERY excited to see y’all in the coming semester! Cheers!✨

Damien Trouble (they/he) is a beginner drag king who is currently going into his sophomore year at Illinois state university! They come from a small town in Illinois called New Lenox. He gets his drag inspiration from Disney villains, Melanie Martinez, haunt actors, and Don't Hug Me I'm Scared. They love bringing a different realm to the stage, and cannot wait to bring others into it during Reggie's Drag Race✨

International pop sensation Crystal Skylar hopped on the Illinois State University drag scene last year, and ever since hasn’t stopped wowing audiences! Her electrifying dance moves and one-of-a-kind outfits leave her fans wanting more. Crystal is currently a junior Acting major and Film Studies minor. She is excited to continue performing and hopes to see you at Reggie's Drag Race!✨

Azula Lynn (she/they) is an AFAB drag queen who attends Heartland Community College, but plans to transfer to ISU to pursue fashion! She has been doing drag for two years and takes inspiration from games, fandoms, and cosplay. Azula hopes that Reggie's Drag Race will help the drag community in Normal, IL grow and expand!✨

Meet the Producers: Scarlett DeVille!📸

Since Drag Royalty was created in September 2022, Scarlett has been running the various social media accounts for Drag Royalty. She also creates posters, manages ad campaigns, runs the website, coordinates merchandise, organizes ticket sales, oversees the finances, takes pictures at the shows, and does any other task that needs to be done. It's been hard work being a board members for Drag Royalty and getting everything prepared for Reggie's Drag Race, but Scarlett says she wouldn’t change it for the world: "We all love what we do and that’s why we can’t wait to start Reggie’s Drag Race! We want to bring joy to our community and support charities that we believe in, and that makes all the hard work worth it in the end.”
