🚨 Attention Vendors – Tidewater Horror Convention September 11th-13th 🚨

Any vendor spaces that have not been paid for, or have not made payment arrangements by June 15th, will be opened up to new vendors.

For NEW vendors:
We still have limited spaces available on the mezzanine level and a few remaining spots in the vendor rooms.

Please note:
We limit the number of similar vendors throughout the event to help create variety for attendees. For example:
• Authors – limited to 5
• 3D Printing Vendors – limited to 4
***We Have maxed out our limit for Toy and cookie/dessert vendors.***

These are only examples of our vendor limitations.

Because of these limits, it is possible for returning vendors to be placed on a waiting list if categories become full.

Updates - We are excited to announce our upcoming events for this year. Activities include a kids' corner where children can color, draw, and play games. The game room will feature board games, cards, and classic games available throughout the weekend.
*After hours events include Horror Trivia on Friday night, where participants can test their knowledge and win prizes.
*On Saturday night, we will host a costume and masquerade party with DJ Shane Dollar. Let's see your costumes! Prizes will be awarded for the best dressed. *Professional photo opportunities with a green screen backdrop will be available, allowing attendees to choose their theme. *We will also feature celebrity panels and surprise fun panels, with more details to be announced. As always, panels will be free with ticket admission. *Costume contest hosted by Frightmare will take place, with upgraded awards and larger prize packs for the top two winners in three age categories.

*Amazing celebrity lineup! Many have never been in the VA market
*Our overall Horror theme has been enhanced throughout our layouts.
