Our guy Edwin Street Jr. over at Coffee Sails has been rocking with the Art of Coffee & Tea since the beginning in 2018 when we hosted at on ODU’s campus!!!

Edwin is passionate about Coffee & Community, it’s his thing! He brings people together from all walks of life and creates safe spaces for people to collaborate & support each other. He’s a graceful man with a calm demeanor & we are grateful that he’s also a part of our planning team!!

He also curated & will be moderating our panel: “At the intersection of Coffee, Art & Community” The Future of Third-Wave Coffee & Tea Culture

How often do you take walks around your neighborhood and soak up all the beautiful greenery & shrubs?! You will be surprised how many edible plants & herbs are right in your backyard growing wild & ready for picking! You can make cook with them, craft teas, create seasonings and more!

We are super excited that our good friends are going to be set up at The Virginia Art of Coffee & Tea and will be giving immersive garden tours to attendees interested in recognizing the various edibles around the garden at … They will also have an info booth & micro greens table for little hands to plant and play in the dirt!! Bring the family & share with a few friends 👍🏽 💚

Many thanks to the amazing master gardener organizations around Hampton Roads for their passion for taking care of our communities! They are needed & appreciated!!! Look up your local master gardener groups in a city near you 🌱

Back in 2018 was a one-shop-show-stopper in the beloved area of Downtown Norfolk with cobble roads & an old town vibe. If you’ve ever driven there you know the bumpy-road nostalgia of this neighborhood gem. Nestled perfectly for residents and passerby’s.

Now, Cure has a handful of locations and they’ve maintained that local neighborhood coffeeshop vibe in each space!! Come on now 👏🏽

We’ve been hitting the pavement, posting flyers up around town & we can’t help but appreciate all these gathering spaces!!!

When we walked into aLatte Cafe the owner was chatting it up with a custy, the workers were laughing and harmonizing, Custy’s in the seating area were connecting, doing work and chilling! Truly, these spaces mean so much for our community.
