Hello ladies and gents!!! Long time no see. Well I am back at it planning another big project. Until then I would like to invite you guys to join me for a fiber friends group. Knit crochet spin weave.. Everyone is welcome. If you are comment what days/times would work so I can get a better idea of when to schedule it.

I checked on our fence Saturday and it looks great! Look at the plans they have for the space in front of it. Remember those skaters that were hanging out while we worked on it. They may finally have a space!

Let me get the big caveats out of the way: This project has not been approved by the city. There is no funding in place. There are many steps from where we are to living out our Norfolk dreams in this lovely vision of a park. None of that dims my excitement for the potential of this project,

Someone stole one of my HUGE yellow flowers.👆🏼 the one that is the page profile. That baby took 6 hours to make and about 1/2 hour to put up!! 😭😭😭 well we are zip tying them now!!! Take that meanies!! I hope you do something amazing with it😭

I have to say “I LOVE DOILIES as public art!!” Now to acquire some weaving or macrame. Please tag and share so we can get some weaving and macrame to add to this amazing public art display in the NEON district.

Honest juxtaposition of our work with a littered ground! We will make this area beautiful! No matter how gross everyone treats it. It’s hard to notice the disgusting beer can at the bottom because the top is too pretty.

I will be at the fence today! I am bringing my tent but depending on the wind I may leave it packed away. This one is going to be a free form day. We get to play with flowers and stems. I will be coming all week to finish the rest since I have ... Child care!!! Yay.
